Carmona got Paid

I don't usually make morning posts, but today I am making an exception.

Thanks to http://www.cleveland.com/ for the story. Fausto Carmona (my favorite player) and the Indians just agreed to a contract that could keep him in Cleveland for the next 7 years.

I'm not quite sure how this plays in to the whole C.C. Sabathia negotiations, but it has got to be great news for any Tribe fan.

Good for you Fausto, good for you. Going from $375k/year to around $6.857 mil/year. By the way, can you just imagine if today when you walked in to work, you were given a 1,771% raise? Not too shabby. No more Hot Pockets for him.
