Cliff was Cold/Hot

Well apparently it was January in Cleveland yesterday. 38 degrees gametime temp with a 28 degrees windchill factor? Maybe it's the Mississippi in me talking, but forget that. You're not supposed to play baseball in the middle of April if it's 38 degrees.

Obviously Cliff Lee agreed with me. He didn't want to have anything to do with the cold either. So far this season, when our other pitchers didn't want to pitch anymore, they would just start giving up runs so Wedge would yank them. Well I like Cliff's approach better. Just get outs, don't waste any time, and get back in the warm dugout.

Kudos, Cliff, Kudos.

Cleveland - 7

Oakland - 1

POG - Cliff Lee - 8 innings pitched, 2 hits, 8 K's, 0 BB's (ZERO BB'S!!!), 0.61 ERA
