(Mark Shapiro) - "Well Cliff, I think we will be decent. Potentially good"

(Cliff Lee) - "I'll probably start off slow again this year and just be a mediocre pitcher, maybe a #5 starter"

(Mark Shapiro) - "Well that's all we can ask of you. You're a role player and we appreciate that"

(Cliff Lee) - "Thanks, I just want to get paid"

(Mark Shapiro) - "Would you like to be paid more?"

(Cliff Lee) - "Of course"

(Mark Shapiro) - "OK then, lets make a bet. If I win, you have to win a lot of games this season. If I lose, then you can only win a few games"

(Cliff Lee) - "Sounds like a deal. Paper-rock-scissors."

(Mark Shapiro) - "Two out of three right?"

(Cliff Lee) - "Duh"

(Tribe Fans) - "Booo Yaaa, Now Cliff's got to win lots of games"
